• Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the Service
• Detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the Service, including hosting, email delivery, video infrastructure, and analytics providers.
• Advertising partners: We work with Google Ad Manager and streaming ad partners to serve ads within the mobile and CTV apps. These partners may use cookies and device identifiers to serve targeted advertising.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

• Wurl / streaming ad partners — advertising on CTV platforms
• Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Samsung TV and other CTV platforms — connected TV distribution, each subject to their own platform privacy policies
• Sign in with Apple — authentication (apple.com/legal/privacy)
• Sign in with Google — authentication (policies.google.com/privacy)

KICKFLP displays ads within the mobile app served by Google Ad Manager and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. On CTV platforms, ads are served via streaming ad insertion partners. These services may use device identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA, Google's Advertising ID, or CTV device IDs) to serve advertisements based on your interests and prior activity.

You can limit ad tracking by adjusting the privacy settings on your device:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → opt out of ads personalization
• Roku: Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking
• Amazon Fire TV: Settings → Preferences → Privacy Settings → Interest-Based Ads
• Apple TV: Settings → Privacy → Advertising → turn off personalized ads
• Samsung TV: Settings → Support → Terms & Privacy → Interest-Based Advertising

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account at any time from within the mobile app (Profile → Delete Account). Upon deletion, your personal data is removed from our active systems. Some data may be retained in backups for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users are required to confirm they are 13 or older during account creation.

We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account without consent, please contact us at sendit@kickflp.com and we will delete the account and all associated data promptly.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our records. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information to us without consent may contact us at any time to request deletion.
